The Service Ambassador sent him photos of these and provided a quotation for repairs. Gerard was regularly updated on the day after a diagnosis of the vehicle, for example, he was informed that some parts had to be replaced. Once completed, the Service Ambassador drove the car to a workshop in Ang Mo Kio, which was the closest from Gerard’s home. ![]() Gerard was also able to view a copy of this record from the app on his smartphone. The entire handover process, including signing the car over, was carried out on the tablet, using AutoApp’s proprietary software. On the day of car servicing, the Service Ambassador explained how things would proceed, before documenting the condition of the car by taking photos of it from various angles with his iPad. #2 Knowledgeable and responsible car servicing concierge service A WhatsApp chat group was initiated to provide updates on the process. The next day, a Service Ambassador was assigned he got in touch with Gerard to confirm the pick-up details again. Within 15 minutes, Gerard received a WhatsApp response from a representative informing him that the car servicing appointment would be confirmed the next day! This is despite us making request on a Sunday evening, when most car workshops are already closed.
